Where Is The China Spinning Machine Project Approved By The 2019 National Science And Technology Progress Award?

Recently, the office of national science and Technology Awards announced the results of the 2019 National Science and technology awards.

As the main completion unit of the participating projects, the China Textile Machinery Group's "preliminary evaluation of the high performance industrial yarn energy saving twisting technology and equipment and its industrialization" has been awarded the two prize of the national science and technology progress award 2019 (general project).

High performance industrial yarn is an important high value-added material for automobile, electronics, aerospace, construction and other industries. Demand continues to grow, and the high-end twisting technology and equipment market has been occupied by foreign countries.

The project breaks through the difficult technical problems of high quality twisting, high energy consumption and low efficiency of high performance industrial yarn. Through the theoretical innovation of twisting preparation process and equipment design and manufacture, the high-efficiency energy saving twisting technology equipment of tire cord, electronic cloth glass fiber yarn and high grade carpet yarn has been successfully developed, and industrial production has been realized. The products not only cover the domestic high-end industrial yarn product preparation market, but also export to the United States, Brazil, Spain, South Korea and other countries, and have achieved good economic and social benefits.

The technology of the project is the first creation at home and abroad. The overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level, and has obtained a series of authorized inventions at home and abroad. The project will play an important role in improving the level and international status of domestic high-end textile equipment and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.
